Ola FAQs

  • The Apple Find My network provides an easy, secure way to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Simply pair your compatible product with the Apple Find My app to view it right alongside your Apple devices. If your item ever goes missing, you can put it in Lost Mode to display a message and contact information to anyone who might find it. The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous, so no one else, not even Apple or the maker of your personal item, can view its location.

  • Yes! The Ola Tracker Tag has a rating of IP67. This means your tag can be submerged in a maximum depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.

  • The Ola Tracker Tag takes a CR2032 button cell battery.

    1. Download the Ola™ app in the Apple® App Store if not already installed.

    2. Press the button on the front of the device three times. On the third time, press and hold. A sound will be played and the LED will start flashing. Open the Ola™ app and scan for “Ola”.

    3. Click “Settings”.

    4. Select “Firmware Update”.

    5. Click “Search for Update”.

    6. The tag will perform the update and play a sound upon completion. If there is no update, you will see: “Your firmware is up to date”.

    1. Remove the back cover from the tag.

    2. Remove the battery from the tag.

    3. Press and hold the button on the front while simultaneously reinstalling the battery. A sound can be heard, indicating the tag is in pairing mode.
